• Born on November 11, 1974 in Baku.
• In 1981-1992 he graduated from secondary school No. 39.
• In 1992-1998 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University with a degree in economics.
• By decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 5, 2013, he received a Ph.D.
• On 04/08/2014, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Management.
• Married, has 3 children.
