Odlar Yurdu University — one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized higher education institutions in Azerbaijan. 1. Modern and International Education: Odlar Yurdu University was established on November 10, 1995, based on a positive opinion from the State Higher Expert Commission of Azerbaijan and was officially registered on July 8, 1996, by the Cabinet of Ministers. This confirms the university's alignment with modern educational standards and its status as an internationally recognized educational institution. The university provides top-quality education using modern teaching methods.

2. Accreditation and Membership: The university is accredited by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK), and the H+ institution of Germany. Additionally, the university is a full member of the International Association of Universities (IAU) under UNESCO. This accreditation and membership attest to the university's high education quality and its special place in international education.

3. International Exchange Programs: Odlar Yurdu University actively participates in international exchange programs such as "Erasmus+" and "Mevlana." These programs provide students and academic staff with opportunities for short-term study and teaching at leading universities in Europe, and offer an excellent environment for academic exchange and familiarization with the international educational setting.

4. Dual Degree Program: Our university offers a dual degree program with the Swiss Montreux Business School (SMBS). 5. Modern Infrastructure and Educational Complex: Odlar Yurdu University features buildings combining modern and national architectural styles, with a rich infrastructure. The university includes various faculties, departments, institutes, research centers, laboratories, workshops, computer centers, and cultural centers. It is equipped with a modern auditorium for 600 people and a conference hall for 200 people for major events and scientific conferences. Additionally, a modern cafeteria offering a variety of delicious meals has been established for students.

Professor Ahmad Valiyev established Odlar Yurdu University (OYU), Odlar Yurdu College (OYC), the British School in Baku (BSB), and the Modern Innovations Lyceum (MIL).
