Applicants are admitted to the university through tests conducted by the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Documents required for undergraduate registration:

• Original certificate of complete secondary education.
• The original of the identity card (with a copy).
• 6 3x4 photos and an electronic version of the photo.
• The work number and password of the private office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
