Gambarov Heydar Demir oglu

Born on September 7, 1973 in Baku.
In 1980-1990 he studied at secondary school No. 244.
In 1990-1995 he studied at the Department of International Law of the Faculty of International Law and International Relations of Baku State University, from which he graduated with honors.
In 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of International Law and State Law of the Baku State University, since 1997 he has been working as a teacher, and since 2006 as an associate professor.
Heydar Gambarov is the author of about 30 scientific papers. He is also the author of two monographs and two programs.
Married, has three children.
