Abdullayev Tarlan Samed oglu

He was born on February 2, 1945 in the city of Shamakhi.
In 1963 he graduated from school number 31 in Baku.
In 1963 he entered the Faculty of Automation of Production Processes of the Azerbaijan Institute of Petrochemistry (now ASOIU) and in 1968 graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.
In 1968-1977 he worked as an engineer and deputy head of the computer center at the New Baku Oil Refinery.
In 1977-1996 he worked as a chief engineer, assistant, associate professor and professor at the Azerbaijan Chemical University (now ASOIU).
In 1986, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor.
In 1993, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, he was awarded the title of professor.
In 1992-1996 he served as rector of the International University of Technology and Management.
From 1996 to 2002, he was the dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Informatics of the Odlar Yurdu University, from 2002 to 2013, the head of the magistracy department, and from 2004 to the present, he has been in charge of the scientific work of the university.
He has been an active member of the Lutfi Zade Heritage and Artificial Intelligence Association since its inception.
Member of the Defense Council with a degree in System Analysis, Management and Information Processing at ASOIU and is the chairman of the seminar in this specialty.
In 2015 he was awarded the Order of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
