Jabbarov Rashid Vakil was born on May 16, 1970, in the village of Razarda, Zangilan District.
1987: Graduated from Razarda Village Secondary School.
1988-1990: Served in the military.
1997: Completed the Psychology program at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology, Baku State University.
1999: Graduated with distinction from the Master’s program in Psychology at the same faculty.
1999: Worked as a research assistant in the "Experimental Psychology" Laboratory at Baku State University.
2004: Earned the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology.
2006-2016: Worked as a senior research officer in the "Experimental Psychology" Laboratory at Baku State University.
2013: Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor, confirmed by the Higher Attestation Commission.
2016: Appointed Associate Professor in the Department of Social and Pedagogical Psychology at Baku State University.
2006-2018: Served as the scientific secretary and a member of the Dissertation Council FD.02.014 in the field of Psychological Sciences at Baku State University. Currently, he is the chair of the Scientific Seminar in Pedagogical Psychology.
2019: Awarded the Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the 100th Anniversary of Baku State University (1919–2019). In the same year, received the academic degree of Doctor of Psychological Sciences from the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2020: Became the head of the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy, and Social Sciences at Odlar Yurdu University and has been a professor there since 2021.
He is the author of 5 monographs, 4 textbooks, 2 study guides, and nearly 150 articles, including 60 published in international and citation databases. His works have received 86 citations. He holds an H4 index on the Web of Science platform.
He has been accepted into the editorial boards of several internationally ranked journals:

These journals focus on researching contemporary educational issues.
He is currently the director of the Psychological Diagnostics Institute established at Odlar Yurdu University. He is the author and participant in various projects, including over 10 international projects. He is married and has two children.
