Applicants are admitted to the university on the basis of test exams conducted by the State Examination Center (SEC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Documents required for admission to the bachelor's degree:

    • ◦ Original certificate of complete secondary education.
    • ◦ Original ID (with copy).
    • ◦ 6 photos with dimensions 3х4 and electronic version of the photos.

Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have completed a master's degree in higher education (defended a master's thesis) or equivalent to it by education (doctors-specialists in medical education) are admitted to the doctoral program under the Doctor of Philosophy program on a competitive basis.

Documents required for admission to the Doctor of Philosophy:

◦ Statement to the head of the scientific institution;

◦ Personal card on registration of personnel;

◦ Autobiography;

◦ 2 photos (size 3x4 cm);

◦ Extract from the labor book for those who have work experience;

◦ The characteristics of employment;

◦ List of published scientific papers and abstracts on the chosen specialty;

◦ Certified in the appropriate order, a copy of the diploma of higher education (certificate of recognition of education for the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who received education abroad);

◦ A supporting document issued by the State Examination Center to those who have an international certificate in a foreign language (IELTS, TOEFL, TestDaF, DALF, if applicable) or have scored a passing score in a foreign language;

◦ A copy of the identity document.
