He graduated from the Translation Faculty of the Azerbaijan University of Languages
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Baku State University,
In 2016-2021, he worked as the Vice-Rector for General Affairs of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
Married, has two children.
