Memorandum of Understanding signed between Odlar Yurdu University and the National Observatory

Odlar Yurdu University continues to expand its innovative and practice-oriented cooperation in line with labor market demands. In this context, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Odlar Yurdu University and the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues.

The agreement was signed by Professor Samir Valiyev, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees and Member of Parliament, and Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the Management Board of the National Observatory.

During the meeting, the Rector of Odlar Yurdu University, Professor Ahmad Valiyev, emphasized that the university prioritizes the development of students' professional competencies by regularly updating its academic and scientific activities to meet the ever-changing demands of the labor market. He stressed that maintaining a practice-based, innovative, and labor market-responsive academic environment is one of the university’s core goals.

Professor Samir Valiyev praised the memorandum and noted that the university’s academic staff would actively participate in the projects outlined in the document, including organizing trainings and internship programs tailored to real workplace conditions.

Elnur Safarli, Chairman of the National Observatory, underlined the growing importance of university cooperation amid rapid changes in the labor market. He expressed confidence that joint initiatives with Odlar Yurdu University will play a significant role in enhancing young people's knowledge and skills.

The signed memorandum aims to improve the professional competencies of young people entering the labor market, strengthen their adaptation to real working environments, and encourage the practical application of scientific research. Joint seminars, internship programs, and analytical studies have been identified as key areas of cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas on future projects and joint initiatives, discussing the long-term prospects of their partnership.
