Registration steps

1. Step one: registration on portal.edu.az.

2. Next step: payment of tuition fee.

Payment methods

1. At the University via POS terminal (credit or debit card).

   • The receipt must be uploaded to the portal under the “Other” section.

2. Via eManat terminals.

   • The receipt must be uploaded to the portal under the “Other” section.

3. Online payment through the portal (using a bank card).

   • The payment is uploaded to the system automatically.

4. Through ABB bank branches.

   • The payment is uploaded to the system automatically.

If you see the following message on portal.edu.az:
“Your application has been accepted by the institution. We wish you success in your academic life.”
– this means that you have successfully completed your registration at Odlar Yurdu College.

Note: Registration is only completed after the tuition fee has been paid.
Deadline for registration: September 17, 2025, at 18:00.
Applicants who fail to complete registration by this time will lose their student status.

Information about documents to be submitted to the College will be provided after classes begin. At this stage, no documents are required, and a medical certificate is not needed at all.
