A regular training session on "Career Planning" was organized within the framework of the "Career Week – 2025" project, held to mark the 30th anniversary of Odlar Yurdu University, aimed at supporting the professional development of students.
The training was held through the joint organization of the Strategic Development and Career Department of Odlar Yurdu University and the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Elvira Sadigova, Deputy Director of the Central Career Branch of the State Employment Agency, acted as the trainer. She provided extensive information to the students of Odlar Yurdu University regarding the main stages of career planning, the real demands of the labor market, methods for making correct career choices, assessing personal skills, and forming a long-term professional development strategy.
The training was accompanied by interactive discussions; students addressed their questions and received practical advice tailored to their individual career goals. Participants noted that such events played a crucial role in planning their future professional path.
