Odlar Yurdu University announces a vacancy for the position of Head of the Department of Information Technologies and Cybersecurity.

Applicants are required to have a higher education degree, an academic degree, and an academic title. Candidates must have at least 5 years of scientific-pedagogical experience in higher education institutions, as well as experience in managerial positions, a portfolio of scientific publications, and teaching-methodological works. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential selection criteria.

Applicants must submit the following documents: a copy of an ID, copies of higher education and academic degree certificates, a list of scientific and methodological works, a personal record sheet, and a CV.

Applications should be addressed to the Rector of Odlar Yurdu University and submitted either electronically or in person to the Human Resources Department at the university’s administrative building (13 Koroglu Rahimov Street, Baku).

The deadline for applications is April 30, 2026.
