An event dedicated to the Day of Azerbaijani Youth was held at OYU

An event was organized at Odlar Yurdu University in honor of the "2nd of February – Day of Azerbaijani Youth." The event was opened with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a one-minute silence to honor the memory of the martyrs of the Patriotic War.
In his opening speech, Samir Valiyev, a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, professor, and deputy, congratulated the youth on the holiday and emphasized that special attention is given to the moral, ideological, and physical education of youth in our country, as well as to their health protection. He pointed out that the effective use of youth potential and the creation of favorable conditions for this is the foundation of the state youth policy defined by National Leader Heydar Aliyev for the strengthening of the Azerbaijani state.
Later, a video clip dedicated to the "2nd of February – Day of Azerbaijani Youth," prepared by our students, was presented.
During the event, a group of students who stood out for their active participation in the public life of our university and college were awarded honorary diplomas and prizes.
The event continued with music performances by our students and ended in a festive atmosphere.
