The next meeting on the preparation of the Strategic Development Plan (SDP) was held at OYU

At Odlar Yurdu University, the next meeting on the preparation of the Strategic Development Plan (SDP) for the period 2017-2022 was held. The meeting aimed at shaping the university’s priority directions, mission, strategic goals and objectives, as well as the concept for the future. Representatives from the labor market, faculty members, department heads, and students participated in the meeting.

Faculty members and department heads proposed including evaluation and monitoring mechanisms in the formation of the strategic goals and objectives of the SDP, as well as improving scientific research directions. Representatives of the Student Youth Organization and the Student Scientific Society, representing the students, suggested enhancing the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching process and ensuring student participation in international exchange programs.

Representatives of organizations such as Oksigen Clinic Hospital, Muğan Bank, BSB Full Secondary Innovation School, Modern Innovations Lyceum, and Irrigation.az LLC suggested the establishment of stable cooperation between departments, universities, schools, and business entities, as well as conducting monitoring to assess the social status of students. These factors should be included in the goals section of the SDP.
