The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at Odlar Yurdu University. The Rector of the University, Professor Ahmad Valiyev, chaired the meeting. The Rector greeted the participants and provided information about the issues on the agenda.

The first topic of discussion was the results of the self-evaluation report prepared as part of Odlar Yurdu University’s institutional accreditation preparation. The Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance, Innovations, and International Relations, Professor Fakhraddin Mammadov, the Vice-Rector for Educational Organization and New Teaching Technologies, Associate Professor Gabil Qafarov, and the Head of the Department of Quality Assurance and Evaluation, Professor Eldar Huseynov, delivered detailed presentations on the main indicators, evaluation criteria, and results obtained from the report.

The meeting also discussed the preparation for the "Smart Environment and Green Technologies" (ICSEGT-2025) International Scientific Conference, which will be held on May 29-30, 2025. Professor Fakhraddin Mammadov, the Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance, Innovations, and International Relations, presented detailed information on the organization of the conference, collaboration with partner institutions, manuscript submissions, and integration of scientific platforms.

During the discussions, the members of the Scientific Council made suggestions and comments on the raised issues, and appropriate decisions were made on all the agenda items.

The meeting was evaluated as a further indicator of the systematic measures aimed at improving academic activities, ensuring quality, and strengthening international scientific integration at Odlar Yurdu University.
