A meeting on the Strategic Development Plan (SDP) held at Odlar Yurdu University

A meeting on the preparation of the 2022-2027 Strategic Development Plan (SDP) was held at Odlar Yurdu University. During the meeting, participants were presented with the final report on the 2017-2022 SDP.

Representatives from Civil Society Institutions, including the Public Council under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, the "Ümman" Public Union for Care of Disabled Children, the Public Union "For the Social Welfare of Citizens," the Public Union "For an Inclusive Society," and the Public Union "Support for Scientific Activities of Economics Students," participated in the meeting. They proposed that the SDP include measures for the development of an inclusive environment, installation of ramps, improvement of cafeteria infrastructure, expansion of student participation in international conferences and exchange programs, as well as ensuring the regular assessment of students' social conditions.

Representatives from Odlar Yurdu University’s structural divisions emphasized the importance of establishing a new scientific research strategy and internationalization policy, suggesting that these issues be included in the SDP. Additionally, the heads of the Student Scientific Society (TEC) and the Student Youth Organization (TGT) representing the students of OYU expressed that the proposals formed during meetings with students on the preparation of the SDP should also be included, as they would be beneficial for the development of students' personal growth potential.
