OYU students embarked on a journey through the rich heritage of Azerbaijani music at the Bulbul Memorial Museum

Odlar Yurdu University has always placed special emphasis on the comprehensive development of its students. In line with this mission, an educational excursion to the “Bulbul Memorial Museum” was organized by the University’s Student Trade Union Committee.
The primary goal of the visit was to familiarize students with the life and creative legacy of Bulbul, one of the most prominent figures in Azerbaijani music history, and to strengthen their connection to national culture.
During the visit, students experienced the historical atmosphere of the house where the great artist lived and listened attentively to the guide's informative narration. Personal belongings, letters, musical scores, instruments, and rare exhibits reflecting Bulbul's artistic journey were displayed with great interest.
Students learned about Bulbul’s key role in the formation of the Azerbaijani vocal school and his contributions to promoting national music on an international level. Each exhibit enriched their knowledge of national musical heritage and evoked a sense of pride.
Such excursions not only support the academic growth of Odlar Yurdu University students but also contribute to the development of their cultural outlook. The university administration plans to continue organizing similar educational and cultural activities in the future.
