An awareness event dedicated to organ donation was held at Odlar Yurdu University

Today, an awareness event was organized at Odlar Yurdu University with the participation of representatives from the Organ Donation and Transplantation Coordination Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The event was attended by the Chairperson of the Center’s Board Yegane Abbasova, Deputy Chairperson Gunay Abbasova, and doctor-coordinator Mehriban Aliyeva, who provided students with detailed information about the importance of organ donation, ongoing reforms, and the development of a donor culture.

It was emphasized that organ donation is an important humanitarian act that saves human lives.

Informational videos were presented, discussions were held, and students’ questions were answered.

Odlar Yurdu University highly values such initiatives and considers continued cooperation important.
