Dear Colleagues, Esteemed Faculty Members, and Dear Students,

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of 9 November – the State Flag Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
This distinguished date represents the enduring strength of Azerbaijani statehood, national unity, and the ideals of independence. Our State Flag stands as a symbol of the nation’s struggle for freedom, its pride, and unwavering loyalty to the Republic.
The tricolour flag of Azerbaijan today embodies the dignity of our independent state and the unity of our people. Each time it is raised, it reminds us to honour our history, pay tribute to the sacred memory of our martyrs, and embrace the responsibilities we bear toward future generations.
State Flag Day is a vivid expression of the nation’s fidelity to statehood traditions and national solidarity. As members of Odlar Yurdu University, it is our duty to preserve these values through education, knowledge, and patriotic commitment, and to pass them on to future generations.
