Head of the Department of Economics and Economic Relations of Odlar Yurdu University, Doctor of Sciences in Economics, prof. Elshad Mammadov was awarded the "Great Victory" medal by the Public Union of Veterans of the Patriotic War and was elected an honorary member of the union.
