Babek Feyzullayev Xasay was born on August 12, 1983, in Kurdamir district.
He graduated from Nadir Alishov Secondary School No. 282 in Surakhani district, Baku, in 2000.
In 2004, he completed his bachelor's degree at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and was admitted to the master's program.
In 2006, he completed his master's degree at the same university with honors.
From 2006 to 2018, he worked in various administrative positions at "Azərışıq" JSC.
In 2015, he was admitted to the doctoral program at SOCAR's "Neftqazelmitədqiqatlayihə" Institute.
Since 2019, he has been working as a lecturer at the Department of "Economics and Economic Relations" at Odlar Yurdu University.
In 2020, he was appointed as the Deputy Head of the Department.
In 2022, Babək Feyzullayev was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of "Economics and Economic Relations".
Since 2023, he has been serving as the Deputy Dean of the "Economics and Management" Faculty at Odlar Yurdu University.
He is the author of 1 textbook, 33 scientific articles, and 18 teaching programs. He speaks Azerbaijani, Russian, English, and Turkish fluently.
He is married and has 3 children.
