Students of Odlar Yurdu University successfully participated in the “GreenTech” hackathon

The students of Odlar Yurdu University successfully participated in the “GreenTech” II Startup and Green Technologies Competition held in Ganja, organized by the Innovation Center of the Azerbaijan University of Technology (ATU). The main goal of the event was to support the development of an incubation environment for technological innovations and green technologies in Azerbaijan and to promote innovative approaches in environmental protection.

The students of Odlar Yurdu University’s 756ITS group — Elmir Guliyev, Elnur Ibrahimli, and Məhəmməd Məhərrəmli — presented their project “EcoFriends” at this prestigious event. The project, developed using digital ecology and innovative technologies, stood out for its creative and functional solutions aimed at environmental protection, sparking significant interest from the judges and participants.

The students received mentorship from Rəvanə Göyüşlü, the head of Odlar Yurdu University’s Startup and Incubation Center and a faculty member of the Department of Mathematics and Digital Technologies. Under her leadership and professional guidance, the students presented their project at a high level and successfully demonstrated their knowledge and skills in green technologies.
