“Career Planning and Motivation” training held at Odlar Yurdu University

Odlar Yurdu University successfully organized another educational event aimed at supporting students' professional development. The training titled “Career Planning and Motivation”, jointly hosted by the University’s Student Youth Organization and Sabunçu Youth Center, was met with great interest from the students.

The session was conducted by Kamil Yaqubov, director of Sabunçu Youth Center, who shared his personal experiences, challenges faced along his career path, and ways to overcome them. The main objectives of the training were to boost students’ self-confidence on the path to success, encourage purposeful activity, and help them form clearer plans for their futures.
