The 2025–2026 Academic Year Has Been Solemnly Launched at Odlar Yurdu University

On September 15, 2025, Odlar Yurdu University held the opening ceremony of the 2025–2026 academic year.
The event began with greetings to the participants, followed by the official announcement of the ceremony. Afterwards, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed.

The opening speech was delivered by the Rector of Odlar Yurdu University, Professor Ahmad Valiyev, who sincerely congratulated students and the academic staff on the occasion of the new academic year. In his address, the Rector emphasized that Odlar Yurdu University is not only a place of knowledge transfer but also a reputable higher education institution where scientific research, innovative initiatives, and national-spiritual values are nurtured. He encouraged students to pursue knowledge deeply, unlock their intellectual potential, and become specialists capable of responding to the challenges of the modern world.

Later, the floor was given to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Odlar Yurdu University, Member of Parliament, Professor Samir Valiyev. In his speech, Professor Valiyev congratulated the students and highlighted that higher education is both a great responsibility and an honor. He noted that in a globalizing world, only young people with high professional skills, broad worldviews, and patriotic values can achieve true success. Therefore, the strategic mission of Odlar Yurdu University is to prepare specialists who meet labor market demands, possess leadership qualities, and remain loyal to their state and nation.

After the conclusion of the ceremony, newly admitted students were accompanied by representatives of the Student Trade Union, Student Youth Organization, and Student Scientific Society to their classrooms, where an orientation program introducing university life was carried out.

Thus, the 2025–2026 academic year at Odlar Yurdu University began with great enthusiasm.
