Dear colleagues, esteemed faculty members, and beloved students,

I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Victory Day – November 8!
This glorious day stands as a symbol of the Azerbaijani nation’s heroic will, national unity, and the sovereign strength of our state. The victory achieved under the leadership of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, in the 44-day Patriotic War, was not only a military triumph but also the restoration of our constitutional sovereignty and a testament to the eternity of our independence and national pride.
The declaration of 2025 as the “Year of the Constitution and Sovereignty” by the President of Azerbaijan is a meaningful continuation of that Victory — it embodies the power of our state and the resilience of our unity.
For the community of Odlar Yurdu University, this harmony between national values and sovereignty holds special significance, as we preserve these ideals through science, education, and patriotism, passing them on to future generations.
We bow our heads in deep respect to the sacred memory of our martyrs and wish good health and long life to our veterans. Their heroism is an everlasting example for each of us and a source of inspiration for Azerbaijani youth.
