Training on "Professional of the Future: Career and Labor Market Skills" held at Odlar Yurdu University

The next training on "Professional of the Future: Career and Labor Market Skills" was held within the framework of the "Career Week" project, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Odlar Yurdu University, co-organized by the Strategic Development and Career Department and the Student Trade Union Committee. The event aimed to support students' professional development and prepare them for the real demands of the labor market.
At the opening of the training, Aslan Əzimzadə, Head of the Strategic Development and Career Department, spoke about the 30-year development path of Odlar Yurdu University, the projects implemented during these years, and initiatives aimed at students' career planning. He emphasized the important contributions of "Career Week" to students' future career choices, their learning of labor market demands, and the process of professional development.
During the training, Gülnar Babayeva, Professional Career Consultant and Mentor for Education and Youth Development, presented on the topic "Preparation for the Business World," and İlkin Şərifov, Chief Specialist of the Career and Alumni Relations Center at Baku State University and Career Consultant, presented on "Labor Market Research." The training provided participants with valuable information regarding the modern work environment, labor market trends, and the development of professional skills.
The event continued with interactive discussions, students' questions were answered, and ideas were exchanged on various practical situations.
The main goal of these initiatives, implemented within the framework of "Career Week," is to instill in students the knowledge and skills appropriate to the challenges of the labor market, and to ensure they are better prepared for their future career paths.
