Next meeting of the Academic Board held at OYU

The next meeting of the Academic Board was held at Odlar Yurdu University. The meeting was chaired by the Rector of the University, Professor Ahmad Valiyev. The agenda included discussions on the progress of the educational process at the university, increasing the efficiency of scientific research, and preparations for the university's anniversary.
During the meeting, the approval of dissertation topics and scientific supervisors for doctoral students was considered. The scientific activities of the teaching staff across the departments, the scientific seminars held, and the status of ongoing research work were extensively analyzed.
In addition, detailed discussions were held regarding the preparation status for the 30th anniversary of Odlar Yurdu University, and relevant instructions were given towards organizing the jubilee events at a high level.
The publication of new teaching materials was also a key focus of the meeting. The textbook titled "Tourism Geography," compiled by Elkhan Aliyev, Senior Lecturer of the "International Relations and Tourism" Department, as well as the textbook titled "Linear Algebra and Mathematical Analysis (2 parts) (Examples and Exercises)," prepared by Ramazan Eyyubov, Eldar Huseynov, and Vusala Sultanova, lecturers of the "Mathematics and Digital Technologies" Department, were discussed and highly evaluated.
Finally, research diplomas were presented to employees who distinguished themselves with their efficient activity in the scientific research field in 2024. Mr. Rector, Professor Ahmad Valiyev, congratulated the awardees and wished the university collective success in their scientific and pedagogical activities.
