Odlar Yurdu University was successfully represented at the international symposium titled “Family Structure and the Fight Against Risk Factors in Different Geographies,” organized by Duzce University in Duzce, Republic of Türkiye.
The event was attended by Associate Professor Nurida Mukhtarzade, Dean of the "Humanities, Education, and Languages" Faculty, and Associate Professor Sevinj Maharramova, Dean of the "Nature and Technologies" Faculty, representing Odlar Yurdu University.
Scholars and specialists from 7 different countries participated in the symposium. The scientific presentations by our faculty deans garnered great interest from the audience during the event.
Following the two-day scientific program, our delegation held a separate meeting with the Rector of Duzce University, Prof. Dr. Nadim Sozbir. The meeting focused on expanding cooperation between the two universities in areas such as faculty exchange and academic collaboration, student exchange programs, development of dual degree projects, and organization of joint summer schools.
The meeting proved beneficial and productive in terms of opening new opportunities for mutual cooperation. Within this framework, the parties discussed deepening academic ties, implementing joint scientific projects, increasing student and faculty mobility, and taking concrete steps to organize future shared programs and events. Both universities noted that this cooperation creates serious potential for a long-term and sustainable partnership.
In conclusion, the parties expressed confidence that this new cooperation platform established between the two universities will yield significant results in both scientific and educational fields in the coming years. Odlar Yurdu University has identified the continuation of such initiatives as a priority for expanding its international relations and has given great importance to the implementation of future cooperation projects.
