On the occasion of your birthday, I sincerely and with profound respect congratulate you on my own behalf, as well as on behalf of the faculty and the thousands of students of Odlar Yurdu University (OYU), which I head.
As the worthy successor of the political course of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, under your wise leadership, Azerbaijan has become a powerful state with great prestige on a global scale. Thanks to your iron will and determination as the Victorious Commander-in-Chief, who honorably fulfilled his father's testament, our territorial integrity and sovereignty have been fully restored, and the historic Victory our people longed for for years has become a reality.
Your continuous attention and care for the development of science and education, and the upbringing of the younger generation in the national spirit, is the greatest source of motivation for us, the intellectuals. We are proud of you and always support the policy you pursue for the progress of our country, remaining loyal to the ideas of the Great Leader.
