Semester examinations held for the "Design" major at Odlar Yurdu University

Within the framework of the autumn semester examination session for the 2025/2026 academic year, subject-specific examinations were conducted for students majoring in "Design" at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technologies of Odlar Yurdu University. During the examination, young designers demonstrated high academic proficiency by working from live models in a studio setting. Students rendered gypsum heads of Gattamelata and Diadumenus—masterpieces of the Antiquity and Renaissance periods—onto paper according to the principles of academic drawing, accurately capturing the constructive structure and plastic anatomy. Simultaneously, students working on still-life compositions brought to life the color schemes, light-and-shadow relationships, and textures of decanters and fruits using paints on canvas. Throughout the process, students integrated their theoretical knowledge with practical skills, skillfully depicting assigned objects in real-time. The high level of craftsmanship and aesthetic sense displayed by the students further proves their development as future professional specialists.
