A meeting was held at OYU to celebrate the successful completion of COP29 Summit

Odlar Yurdu University celebrated the successful completion of the COP29 summit with a special meeting. The event, attended by staff members actively involved in the summit and the university’s team, discussed the significance and outcomes of this global event in detail.
Opening the event, the Rector of Odlar Yurdu University, Professor Ahmed Valiyev, highlighted the important contribution of COP29 to strengthening Azerbaijan's international reputation. He emphasized that the summit served as a crucial platform not only for addressing climate issues but also for fostering global solidarity and cooperation.
In his speech, the rector particularly praised the visionary leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, noting that his initiatives and strategic vision have been instrumental in making Azerbaijan a model country in tackling climate change.
