Today, independent and democratic Azerbaijan, highly regarded on the international stage, has secured a unique and influential position among leading nations worldwide.
At the core of these achievements lie your consistency in words and actions and your ever-growing prestige on the global stage.
This magnificent event introduced a “Green World” model, uniting efforts to address climate issues. Under your outstanding leadership, independent Azerbaijan successfully presented to the world a “roadmap” for a secure future in Baku.
Azerbaijan demonstrated an exemplary and flawless organizational model for this global event, held with the participation of numerous heads of state, government leaders, and thousands of participants. Today, as a strong and influential leader of the country, you are once again highly regarded as a reliable partner in the modern international relations system and a leader in the region and the world.

Honorable Mr. President,

Your policies, along with the international projects implemented under the leadership of the esteemed First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, showcase the goals of our peace-loving country and Azerbaijan’s realities to the world.
Your unity of words and actions, foresight grounded in high intellect, and the grace of the Almighty will lead our nation to new achievements and victories for many years to come. With your exceptional talent, sharp intellect, and logic that can disarm any negative forces in the international arena, you have reached the highest pinnacles and become a source of pride for Azerbaijanis worldwide.
Every citizen of our beloved Azerbaijan, now a frequent host of prestigious international events, is proud of you, expressing boundless love and admiration for their leader.
