An open lesson was held by the teacher of the Department of Biology and Ecology of the University of Odlar Yurdu, Ph.D. Sevinj Magerramova on the topic "Human Genetics". Students were given detailed information about human genetics, research methods, polydactyly, syndactyly and chromosomal diseases associated with human genetic diseases. At the lesson, blood samples were taken from students and blood groups were determined. The students had a discussion on the topic and several questions were asked. Also, the head of the Department of Biology and Ecology of the OYU, Ph.D. in agricultural sciences, Assoc. Tamilla Karimova, who emphasized that the topic is relevant and interesting, and wished the students success. The topic was positively evaluated by the students.
