The opening ceremony of the 4th International Baku Scientific Research Conference was held at OYU

On December 1, 2022, the plenary session of the 4th International Baku Research Conference, organized by Odlar Yurdu University and the ICSAD Institute, was opened. First of all, the event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Quality Assurance and International Relations of Odlar Yurdu University, Professor Fahraddin Mammadov, who expressed satisfaction with the greeting of the conference participants and gave general information about the conference. Further, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, Professor Tarlan Abdullayev spoke about the speeches of many foreign countries at the conference, about how many articles were accepted from these countries and how important the conference was, as well as indexing articles sent at the conference to Google Scholar.
Then the floor was given to the rector of Odlar Yurd University, Professor Ahmet Veliyev. Professor Ahmet Veliyev assessed the holding of such an international scientific conference as a significant event, emphasized that such events are admirable and will continue in the future, and expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the organization of such an important conference.
Then the ICSAD Institute Coordinator, who was present as a guest, Dr. Alvan Jafarov expressed gratitude to the leadership of Odlar Yurdu University for their support in holding the event, and also presented a gift on behalf of the head of the ICSAD Institute, Dr. Mustafa Latif EMEK, to the rector of Odlar Yurdu University, Professor Ahmet Veliyev.
Then, Ulviya Nasirova, lecturer at the Department of Languages at Odlar Yurdu University, delivered a detailed report on the topic “Content of Active Learning”.
Then Professor Tarlan Abdullayev announced the end of the opening ceremony and said that the continuation of the conference would be in separate sections for each participant of the conference.
Then, in the sections of Azerbaijani, Turkish and English, articles and abstracts sent to the conference program of local and foreign scientists, as well as speakers, were listened to, and certificates were awarded to the speakers.
In general, discussions were held on the subject of the conference, opinions were heard and commemorative photographs were taken.
The opening ceremony of the conference, one of the organizers of which is Odlar Yurdu University, was also attended by Vice-Rector for Education and New Education Technologies, Assoc. Gabil Gafarov, head of the department of united faculties Ainura Gurbanova, heads of departments and guests of the conference.
